The worst experience I have ever had with a network service provider. Using underhanded tactics to get as much money out of its consumers as possible. For example, I do not call anyone, but in the contracts they provide,I am forced to buy 200mins or unlimited calling for 6and7 euros, respectively, but there is no option to decline the offer. I have had my card blocked multiple times for reasons unknown the customer service was horrible.

Horrible customer service. I was told through their WhatsApp that my number was cancelled so I bought a new one. However I was still being charged for 6 months for that old number. I demand a refund for those charges on the number that I was told was cancelled.

Expat in the Netherlands for couple of days. English is the 2nd used language everywhere and they still provide the app only in Dutch. After I spoke to their support they seem like ignorant about the fact that so many people want an app that you can use International english on the menu. Simply outrageous. Not sure if they have hidden charges but my Revolut account has just a few more euros extra from the plan cost. If they try anything I am prepared.

Hi George, it is understandable that you would like to see our app in English as well. I have sent your feedback to the relevant department. Hopefully, we will have this option available in the future. There are no ''hidden costs," although we do not have a data limit and additional costs can be made outside the bundle.
